 Roll Like a Ball - Mat Pilates

What is Pilates?

 

  • Pilates is a unique system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and body in harmony to make us feel invigorated.  Pilates is a balance of strength and flexibility exercise to enhance client's back and abdominal strength and build long, lean muscles.  Pilates works several muscle groups simultaneously in an efficient, controlled and fluid manner with emphasis on stabilization of the body's core muscles. 

Private Mat Pilates

 

  • Customized Pilates workout on an exercise mat.  Instructor leads client through the workout using the Five Basic Principles of Pilates as the foundation.  Client will begin with a program designed to meet their personal fitness level growing through the essential to intermediate repertoire.  Certified Pilates Instructor works individually with client in a private studio setting or in their own home.   We recommend one hour sessions 1-2 times per week.

Duet Mat Pilates

 

  • Certified Pilates Instructor trains a pair or small group of clients in a Mat Pilates workout.  Clients will begin with a program designed to meet their personal fitness levels growing through the essential to intermediate repertoire.  Certified Pilates Instructor works with clients in a private studio setting or in their own home  We recommend one hour sessions 1-2 times per week.
