What is resistance
training?

- Free weight program designed to meet
the needs and goals of each client. Program
will work all major muscle groups to enhance strength
of client, build bone density and jumpstart their
metabolism.

Personal Resistance Training.
|
|
|
- Private session with Certified Personal Trainer
for one hour. Client will begin with a program
designed to meet their personal fitness level.
Certified Instructor works
individually with client in a private
studio setting or in their own home. We recommend one hour sessions 1-2
times per week.

Duet Training.
|
|
|
- Pair of clients working together with trainer
sharing the one hour session. Clients will begin with a program
designed to meet their personal fitness levels.
