Stott Pilates® is tension free, pain free contemporary exercise based on the principles of Joseph H. Pilates.  This is a balanced blend of strength and flexibility training that will improve posture, balance, reduce stress and create long lean muscles.  Focus will be on quality of movement and core strengthening.  Both men and women are encouraged to register, no experience necessary.  Students should bring an exercise mat and water to class.

Fusion Fitness is a resistance/weight training program designed to work all the body's muscles from large to small getting the heart rate up to fat burning range.  Class will include floor abdominal and leg routine.  This program will enhance metabolism, build bone density and lean body mass.  Both men and women are encouraged to register, no experience necessary.  Students should bring light hand weights, an exercise mat and water to class.

Recommend 1,2,3 lb weights unless experienced with free weights.

Yoga is a unifying practice linking the breath with body in movement and stillness. Increased energy, strength, flexibility release stress and find balance through a fun mix of creative posture sequences both moving and sustained.  The class focus will be on exploring posture foundations, breath awareness, alignment, steady transitions, building core strength, meditation and calming relaxation at a moderate pace.  Both men and women are encouraged to register, no experience necessary.  Students should bring an exercise mat and water to class.

Zumba® is Latin dance exercise that fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create an aerobic fitness program designed to achieve long term benefits while enjoying an exhilarating hour of calorie burning, body energizing and inspiring movements.  Our routine will include interval training sessions of fast and slow rhythms and resistance training to sculpt, tone, enhance metabolism and burn fat.  Class is done in standing format, rubber soled shoes a must in the gym.  Both men and women are encouraged to register, no experience necessary.  Students should bring water to class.
