My name is Cindy, and I'm an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer. My lifelong passion for exercise began with sports. Once I was out of school I wanted to continue to work out at that same level, and so I began my professional fitness career teaching group exercise classes in 1981. I believe exercise should be an enjoyable experience. There is something for everyone…because if you enjoy what you’re doing, you will do it…and if you do it, you WILL SEE RESULTS!

Battle Ropes Trainer
My favorite exercise is using my powerful grip to play battle ropes and tug-of-war with my human. I make a great partner for strength and resistance training.
I am perhaps the most important member of the team, as rest is crucial to an effective fitness routine. My favorite activity is lounging in a sunny place and keeping the others in line.
Head Resistance Coach
I love to go on walks, but I want to explore everything around me. Hanging on to my leash is a great resistance exercise for my human.
I'm exceptionally skilled at catch with my human. My reflexes put her reflexes to the test in our back and forth with the ball.
